Hi, everybody!
I always want to get slimmer and healthier. And last year, I actually did it, but not very seriously. I started really good, but then I gave up slowly throughout the year. And I don’t want to do that in 2014. I want to end the year slimmer and healthier. Until now, I was really good at doing this. I started running, eating less (still keeping it healthy, okay?) and drinking a lot more water. But, I’m getting to this point of the year less motivated. So, I decided to get into this Spring Cleaning vibe (even though Fall is starting in the South hemisphere, not Spring) and spring clean myself, my body, my lifestyle, my diet and all that healthy stuff.
One of the thing I’m the proudest of of my achievements this year is drinking water. I didn’t use to drink more than a little bit less than a liter a day. And that was not good for me, nor it’s good for you. Anyway, today I can say that I drink what I need and I see benefits (specially on my skin!). So I want to keep doing this and I want to incorporate Detox Water in my diet.
I’ve researched a lot of recipes and I found this ones (click their “names” to see the full recipe with explanations for each ingredient):
Natural Belly Slimming: for one 24 oz serving
- 3-5 slices of fresh cucumber
- 1/2 small lemon sliced
- 1/4 orange sliced
- a few fresh mint leaves
Anti-Aging and Anti-Bloat: for one 24 oz serving
- 4-5 slices of fresh cucumber
- 1 strawberry sliced
- a few fresh mint leaves
Craving Control and Beautiful Skin: for one 24 oz serving
- 1/2 small lemon sliced
- 1 strawberry sliced
- 1/4 apple sliced
- a few fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
A lot more here for anti-bloat, anti-aging, beautiful skin, anti-inflammatory, metabolism, cramps and more benefits.

As I said, I started running, but, unfortunately, was slowing down on my pilates. So, I decided to have three fitness videos to do every single day while I can’t figure out a time in my week/day for that. These focus on abs, inner thighs, butt and back, which are my focus parts of my body right now. They are quick (and mostly easy, comparing to other videos by Cassey) because I really want to do them everyday.
